Karzzz 2008

About Karzzzz
Movie:-Karzzzz is an upcoming 2008 Bollywood film, directed by Satish Kaushik. The film stars Himesh Reshammiya and Urmila Matondkar. The film is a remake of "Karz" which starred: Rishi Kapoor, Simi Garewal and Tina Munim. This film might be different than the old one. The film is planned to be released in October 2008. The plot could possibly be quite similar to Farah Khan's "Om Shanti Om", which was also based on Karz. Urmila Matondkar is all set to reprise the role of Kamini played by Simi Garewal in the original Karz. It is learnt that Urmilas Kamini will be more glamourous than the one we saw in the original. Urmila is all set to do a special dance number in the film called Tandoori Nights. Its not an item song but something more spectacular than that.

More About Aamir Movie:-
The film Aamir is directed by Rajkumar Gupta. This is Rajkumar's debut film as a director. The lead role in this film is played by Rajeev Khandelwal - the face of Indian television. Aamir is a very small film as compare to other films of bollywood. But this small film has lots to offer.Aamir, the name, means leader, but the protagonist [Rajeev Khandelwal] becomes a follower out of fear. The moment Aamir lands in Mumbai, he's transported to a world he never knew: The dingy areas of Mumbai. He is dragged to the vortex of terrorism. His only crime is that of being a Muslim. In its lanes and bylanes, cheap restaurants and lodges, amongst nameless pimps and whores, run-down buildings and over-crowded markets, filth and squalor, Aamir sees a different world in those few hours. Rajeev Khandelwal as one who is caught between the devil and the deep sea is convincing in his performance. Dragged to the by-lanes of Mumbai, inhabited primarily by Muslims, he is given a taste of how his brethren are living. At least that is what is being drilled into his head by the one who is constantly feeding him information on Islam. Forced to follow orders on phone, Aamir is sent from one destination to another as his movements are tracked, until he is to do the final delivery of the red bag at Andheri station. The truth dawns on Aamir that the bag contains a bombBut does he succumb to the terror tactics or does he bow down before God? Does he do what is asked of him, or does he sacrifice his life and is labeled a suicide bomber, for his family to bear the stigma? This film is for the discerning audience. It raises many questions in the mind of the viewer and leaves many questions unanswered. It's almost as if it's a film for the festival circuit. The element that works with the film is its length which is barely 2 hrs and the absence of unwanted monotonous songs. The hero does not break into any dance number or flashback sequences filled with the accommodation of some tracks but instead the music only acts at the background.Rajkumar gets able support from his cinematographer [excellent], editor [razor sharp editing] and the composer responsible for the background score [topnotch]. Rajeev Khandelwal is remarkable in the title role. The film would've fallen flat had it been entrusted to an inferior actor, but Rajeev lends the right shades and emerges trumps. Watch him emote with his eyes in the latter reels mainly, and you realize that he knows the craft so well. An excellent debut! On the whole the film is not to be missed. Aamir is a remarkable film. The film is short but has lots to offer. The message this film sets out to convey comes loud and clear.

Some Story of A Wednesday :-
A Wednesday is a film directed by Neeraj Pandey. He has taken terrorism as the theme and given it a whole new twist that is mind-boggling. A Wednesday is a thriller, an educational film and it's also an eye-opener. This movie really has so much to offer. The film begins with 'terrorist' Naseeruddin Shah planting bombs in the city and also a police station right opposite the Police Head Quarters. The terrorist tells Anupam Kher (Police Commissioner), that his demands have to be met within four hours. The demands are met. The Commissioner, who has been given sweeping powers by the Chief Minister to negotiate with the terrorist, realizes that he cannot play with the lives of millions of people of Mumbai. He shortlists his two trusted soldiers, Aamir Bashir and Jimmy Sheirgill, to take the four dreaded terrorist to the release spot. And here comes the twist in the tale that will shock you out of your wits. Brilliant execution in the script, which turns the negotiations on its heads. After all, you cannot trust a terrorist! A Wednesday works like magic because of its gripping plotline. The journey, right from start to end on a fateful Wednesday, keeps you on tenterhooks. And the culmination to this complex tale is what takes this film to dizzy heights. On the acting front, Naseeruddin Shah has delivered a remarkable performance. Anupam Kher is equally dynamic. Watch the cold look or catch him face-to-face with Naseer in the finale. Jimmy Sheirgill is first-rate as a volatile cop. Aamir Bashir is superb. Deepal Shaw plays her part confidently. On the whole, A Wednesday is amongst the finest and bravest films to come out in 2008. Just one word to describe it: Remarkable! This is a must watch film.

Tahaan (2008) 225MB CAMRIP

About Movies

Santosh Sivan's Tahaan is about journey of an eight years old boy. This is a simple story of boy named Tahaan who just go to Kashmir to get his favorite donkey Birbal back.

The story is simple and sweet but sometimes it becomes hard to narrate a simple story and that's what has troubled Santosh Sivan too as he fails to sustain the same graph in the film.Tahaan [Purav Bhandara] lives with his grandfather [Victor Banerjee], his mother [Sarika] and older sister [Sana Shaikh] in the serene meadows of Kashmir. They all live in the hope that someday Tahaan's father, who's been missing for over three years, will return.

The death of his grandfather prompts the local moneylender [Rahul Khanna] to take away the assets of the family, including their pet donkey Birbal. For Tahaan, bringing his favourite donkey Birbal back home becomes the sole purpose in life. Tahaan is devastated to learn that an old man, Subhan [Anupam Kher], has bought Birbal and taken him across the mountains.

He traces Subhan and tells him about Birbal. Subhan doesn't be friend Tahaan at first sight, but slowly warms up to this energetic and determined soul whose love for Birbal is paramount. On his way back home, Tahaan encounters a teenage lad ldrees, who convinces him that his efforts would never be sufficient to get Birbal back. Instead, he promises to get Birbal back for a favour.

All Tahaan will have to do is carry a package across the mountains on his next journey. Seeing Tahaan's eagerness, ldrees hands him a grenade. Tahaan sets off on his second journey with Subhan, the grenade and package tucked away under Birbal's saddle. What is the price that Tahaan will have to pay for Birbal? However, Sivan could have been clearer in his thought process as to what he wanted the viewer to go home with.

There is a thin veil over the storyline, which, if lifted, would have given the viewer a clearer picture. On the acting front, Purav Bhandare has played a tremendous role. He is just as better as Darsheel Safary in Taare Zameen Par. Apart from Bhandare there is another character in this film is Ankush Dubey who plays Idris.

He is too a bright spark in the film. Anupam Kher, Sarika and Rahul Bose are just supporting cast.On the whole, the movie has some beautiful moments. The boy's love for his pet Donkey is just admirable. Moreover the films like this will really help to bring forward the talent of children.
